There are several guilds I would put on a list of the best of the best. As the pervious poster said, where are all those guilds? There are something like 15 guilds worldwide now that have killed chel'drak but only 1 of them grace Tamat's top 4 raid guilds? Please.
To my knowledge EC was presented with a series of questions but I know several of their members have voiced that they hope they do not send them in after reading the last 2 intervies in the series.
Aside from that my friends in 2nd dawn say they havent been approached at all.
BTW - I got a good laugh out of that buying Disso's tank comments :) Our latest tank cant sell because the same guy keeps maxing out the bid but not being able to pay and he even sent him a PM saying sorry but I cant let anyone get a tank this good.

Anyway, I was thinking... who gives a shit what Tamet writes? We want to read some good shit about these guilds, not the crap that he spews so here's my idea...
Ishbu, why don't you interview the guilds you think are the worlds best? I'm pretty damn sure you'll come up with some good questions and the other guilds might be more inclined to talk to someone in the scene.
I'm talking serious questions here though, not some joke post. :)
Onyx is a joke of a raid guild on Nagafen, they haven't got DT access let alone even beat any of the required dragons yet (I believe). Harla owned their faces straight out, notice their post doesn't say they beat harladar, simply 'hey harla' or something of that sort. Their posts have become a joke, so now any guild that clears a zone jokingly says they 'one two punched it' or 'blew it up' and 'cleaned it up'.
The real raiding guilds as stands now on Nagafen are Havoc and The Kraken. Havoc is slightly older, and has a slight lead on Kraken (which I'm a part of). We're the only guilds on the new server nagafen (pvp) with DT access, and Havoc is exiled, giving them access to all classes while Kraken is FP only. Both guilds have plenty of potential and are responsible for most of the raiding server firsts.
Im pretty sure I could get an interview with people from EL, SD, and Fable. I might have a hard time getting one with NPU though. We arent exactly on the best terms although it would be fucking stupid to have the best guilds around without them in some form.
I guess it couldnt hurt to try. Worst comes to worst they say no. I think I can live through that :)
Well NPU and I have a bit of history that has over time generated into more and more bad blood. 2 of my better acquaintences over there have quit fairly recently as well, so that doesnt help matters.
I know Killua is an officer type now (or whatever the heck their rank things mean, i think his title is blue thing with only one ball) and he's pretty easy to talk to. I know one of our wardens is friends with NPU and has met up with a few of their members in RL because Torment/Dannin had some crush on her, so maybe I can have her do it :)

Sadly it took longer then we wanted (rebuilding is a bitch), but 2 of the 4 have beat Chel'Drak now.
Whilst we're on EL, check their roster. Magank is actually a recruit by the name of Smooth.

No-one's asked us either, and I think Disso are the last guild Tamat would ask. But hey, there's still more guilds on the other pvp servers!

As long as you talk to someone fairly mature, and don't be "Dissolution Ishbu", I can't see why NPU would turn you down.
Perhaps try to distance yourself from your role as Disso's guild leader while interviewing?
You're right enough though, love them or hate them, NPU should be in the proceedings somewhere.
